Once the new system is live on DATE, you will need to link your current accounts to our new Online Banking.
Once you have Linked your Profile via computer or our Mobile app, you do not need to do it again, simply log in using your NEW credentials.
On a Computer using Apple® Safari®, Google Chrome™, Microsoft Edge®, or Mozilla® Firefox® go to www.fi-name.com.

When you log on to the Mobile app, it will prompt you via a link to update the app.
Look for “Already using Online Banking? Select “Link Existing Profile.”
Enter your credentials currently associated with Retail Online Banking. Select Continue.
Enter a new username, password, confirm password and input the email address associated with your account. You will use these credentials for logging into our new Online Banking. Select Continue.
An email to verify your email address will be sent to the email on file. Once received, click the link included. Once verified you will be able to use your NEW username and password to log into our new Online Banking.
Upon your first login you will receive an email with a one-time passcode to verify your identity. Simply enter this into the system and submit to securely login.
All of your account details will be available and ready to use including transaction history, payee information and scheduled payments.
Select “Create new profile.”
Choose the account type used to verify your identity, Checking, Savings, or Loan. Select Get started.
Enter the details requested and then select Continue.
Enter a new username, password, confirm password, then select Create profile.
An email to verify your email address will be sent to the email on file. Once received, click the link included. Once verified you will be able to use your NEW username and password to log into our new Online Banking.

Our Mobile Banking app will also be updated on DATE. Follow the steps above if you choose to link your profile via the app.
The updated app will include a new log-in process. The app will open with a welcome screen where you can simply click “Log In” to be taken to our secure browser log in page where you will enter your new username and password to log into the app.
If you are new to Mobile Banking, simply download our new app from your app store on DATE.
