Existing Business Online Banking Users
Once the new system is live on DATE, you will need to link your current accounts to our new Online Banking.
Once you have Linked your Profile via computer or our Mobile app, you do not need to do it again, simply log in using your NEW credentials.
To Link your Profile just follow these simple steps:
On a Computer using Apple® Safari®, Google Chrome™, Microsoft Edge®, or Mozilla® Firefox® go to www.fi-name.com.
OR
When you log on to the Retail Mobile app, it will prompt you via a link to update the app.

Look for “Already using Online Banking? Select “Link Existing Profile.”

Enter your credentials currently associated with Retail Online Banking. Select Continue.

Enter your credentials currently associated with Business Online Banking. Select Continue.

Enter a new username, password, confirm password and input the email address associated with your account. You will use these credentials for logging into our new Online Banking. Select Continue.

An email to verify your email address will be sent to the email on file. Once received, click the link included. Once verified you will be able to use your NEW username and password to log into our new Online Banking.
Upon your first login you will receive an email with a one-time passcode to verify your identity. Simply enter this into the system and submit to securely login.
All of your account details will be available and ready to use including ACH & Wire templates, transaction history and reports.
New to Business Online Banking?
Follow these easy steps to get started once the new system is live on DATE:

Select “Create new profile.”

Choose the account type used to verify your identity, Checking, Savings, or Loan. Select Get started.

Enter the details requested and then select Continue.

Enter a new username, password, confirm password, then select Create profile.

An email to verify your email address will be sent to the email on file. Once received, click the link included. Once verified you will be able to use your NEW username and password to log into our new Online Banking.
Upon your first login you will receive an email with a one-time passcode to verify your identity. Simply enter this into the system and submit to securely login.
Mobile Banking
Our mobile apps are being consolidated into one app that includes a single log-in experience so you can easily access both your personal and business accounts. Our current Business Mobile Banking App will no longer be available after DATE.
If you are already using our Mobile Banking app to access your personal accounts, you will need to make sure you install the latest update before linking your accounts following the steps above if you have not done so via computer.
If you don’t already have our Mobile Banking app, you can download it from your device’s app store starting DATE.
The updated app will include a new log-in process. The app will open with a welcome screen where you can simply click “Log In” and be taken to our secure browser log in page. Enter your username and password to log into the app.
